* Taking initiatives and opportunity to identify and create exciting new services for Airtel.
* Create marketing collateral and provide necessary training to sales teams.
* Interacting with sales, pre-sales team and other account teams.
* Conducting effective presentations; carry out techno-commercial interactions with clients.
* Developing short and long term growth plans and business development strategy for the circles.
* Meeting clients continuously and personally monitor customer viewpoint and requirements
* Tracking competition with regard to each of accounts.
* Achieving targeted business growth numbers.
* Manage account teams and liaise with various intra-department teams pro-actively.
* Undertaking in-depth and qualitative market research Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attaining targets with a view to optimize revenue.
* Strategically launching new services, developing marketing & communication strategies & generating revenues.
