Looking for someone with 8+ yrs of work experience of RF Network Planning.

  -Managing the deliverables and achieving the KPIs through Managed service Partners (outsourced model) “ -The team responsible for delivery is not directly reporting. The same has to handled indirectly through influence using MSP KPIs
  -Managing strategic partners to deliver in time, with excellent quality, Increasing competition, Harnessing new technologies, Exceeding customer expectations.
  -Design Network to meet the Optimum Utilization and maintain for better KPIs in Core and Radio.
  ( 6 RBSCs, 85000 Core Erlang ) for KTN Network utilisation and maintain and better the KPIs. For Core and Radio Network availability – more than 99.95% for Radio NW and 99.99% for Core Network

Must be a BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech.

Description: Experience with wireless core networks, architecture and protocols
Strong knowledge in CDMA, LTE, IMS standards and network architecture
Experience with wireless data and IP networks
Expertise in system integration and validation
Expertise in core network validation.
Understanding of core network design and architecture is required
Expertise in testing various protocols for interoperability testing CDMA, LTE and IMS core system
Experience with working on switches/routers including configuration/troubleshooting/monitoring
Expertise in creating test plans for system level, subsystem level and feature level testing.
Experience with performance analysis and troubleshooting the issues
Experience with CDMA core system protocols such as IOS A1/A2, IS41, ISUP, SIP/SIP-T, MEGACO, RTP
Experience with LTE core system protocol such as S1-MME, S1-U, S6a, S11, Gx, and Gy

The procedures described in the first phase of UMTS specifications concentrate
predominantly on the air interface and UTRAN.
The Core Network is considered as an evolved GSM network, hence the procedures
are those specified for the GSM Core Network, including GPRS. As network
operators move to an All-IP network, the procedures in the core network will reflect
this and will be based more on the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force)
specifications.
As the core network is not the subject for UMTS standardisation, it follows that the
way it interacts with UE will remain essentially that specified for GSM. Hence, when
considering UMTS procedures, we can initially concentrate on the Air Interface and
UTRAN.
It is still useful to examine the Non-Access stratum and Core Network procedures in
order to show the overall system operation, and how UTRAN and Air Interface
procedures fit into the bigger picture.
