We are looking for the candidates who have experience in core marketing in TELECOM.
 Experience: 10 - 12 Years (core experience as part of National VAS Marketing Team of a leading Telecom Operators)
 Location: Gurgaon
 Education:Engineering Graduate - Any Specialization and MBA/PGDM: Marketing specialization.
 Role: Marketing Manager
 Desired Candidate Profile
1. Combination of Engineering and MBA Qualification.
2. Has Experience of New Product Development and Product Marketing in VAS.
3. Innovative and Out of the Box thinker.
4. 10-12 years
Job Description
1. Should have worked on Telecom VAS products.
2. Understanding on network, IT Systems, OSS, BSS etc.
3. Launch innovative VAS.
4.Product strategy and road map for VAS for enhancing Retail and Telecom Business.
5. Revenue responsibility for VAS products-Retention & Revenue Enhancement.
6. Drive penetration and use of VAS.
7.Identify new VAS vendors liase with them.
8.MIS expert on VAS usuage
9.Vendor Management:Payments , Reconciliation.
10.Coordinate with Market Communication to develop the requisite POS material in line with the product positioning strategy.
11.Lead in End-t-end VAS Product testing.
12.Ensure Operational Readiness for product implementation.
13.Coordinate Go-to-market strategy.
14.Product Training of sales teams and customer care personal
15.Coordinate product campaign, bundles and promotions
Salary: between 15 - 18 lacs P/A
