Brand Manager will take care of single brand & will directly report to GM-Sales & Marketing

Location- Delhi.

CTC- Maximum upto 18 - 19lakhs ( Depends on current CTC, Negotiation and experience)

JOB Purpose:

To be responsible for development and implementation of company’s strategic sales / distribution plan through Brand Management so as to maximize sales revenue for company in line with Company’s strategic goals.

Job Profile:
MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS:
• Brand Management
• Strategy to build a detailed “GTM” (Go To Market) for the Brand
• Market Analysis of competitive products.
• Analyze market for the Brand, identify key gaps and suggest action plans to mitigate the gaps.
• Implement the action plan and GTM with the sales team in the market.
• Establish, maintain and develop an effective business relationship with business partners, manufacturers and operators.
• Conduct business review with sales teams as well as principal Companies at regular intervals.
• Develop relationship with operators
• Develop schemes to be worked out with the operators.
• Submit timely and accurate reports as required by line and functional management detailing all relevant aspects within area of responsibilities.
• Interact closely with other departments to ensure that channel sales process functions effectively and efficiently.
• Establish, maintain and develop an effective business relationship with business partners, manufacturers and operators.

• Conduct regular field visits along with sales team to key Customers for Brand promotion.
• Provide timely inputs on budgets e.g. overheads, promotional expenditure, travel budget etc. to G.M. Sales & Marketing to obtain necessary approvals.

Desired Profile:

minimum 9 or more year experience in Sales & Marketing, Brand Management, channel sales, distribution.
