Technically responsible for a GSM/GPRS system or a part of a complex sub-system or multiple stacks/systems for its test strategy , guidance in test planning, automation strategy, test scripting approach, and guidance in test execution/result reporting.,? Review of software specification from a testability perspective, and ensures that the test specification (derived from the system software specification) is created to provide adequate coverage in line with these test-cycle objectives. Ensures that the test specification captures test-bed and special tools needed and has adequate coverage of error cases and performance as relevant. ? Load and Performance Test plan development, test data preparation, analyze performance related bugs for correctness and prepare the Load and performance test report? Interaction with customer to understand their test requirement and propagation of the same to the team. Provide technical test solutions to the customer requirements and RFPs? Mentoring for spreading technical expertise and ability to analyze various test strategy options? Review of work done by others with respect to technical correctness. Suggest new testing methodologies in testing and scripting approach? Explore new test tools and their applicability in current project? Competence development of the team in new areas of technology? Foresee the technical risks and prepare mitigation plans? Active participation in imparting training/sharing of good practices and latest technology updates? Responsible for Competence development and tracking for team

Education Details: B.E./B.Tech//M.E./M.Tech.in /Electronics and Communication/Computer Science/Engineering / MCA.
