The Role Identify and evaluate and compare new/proposed product, solution, feature and technology to address technical requirements. * Identify new technical solution which will improve the network performance. * Evaluate new feature and product to ensure the network is capable to provide the better service to the subscribers. * deal and communicate with intra and inter department team members. * Follow and execute the new solution independently. * Integration risk analysis. * Evaluating new solution.

Requirements * A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required in Comp Science, Information System, Engineering or any relevant majors to be considered for the position. * 3 years experience in relevant field. * IP data communication * CS and PS core * Policy Charging Rule and Function. * Strong coaching and team building experience * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Strong Analytical skills.
