The JD is as follows:
To manage all design and planning activities in the circle.
To see all vendor related activities in circle with respect to
design roll-out & acceptance of network.
Work with HQ 3G Team to prepare & adhere to all 3G guidelines relating with optimization & acceptance.
Documents Standards & specifications for RF & Transmission Network planning monitor adherence to these standards
To meet expected Network KPI during optimization
To maintain & oversee overall performance for 3G
To interact with 2G Team to ensure proper co-ordination between 2G & 3G
To co-ordinate with circle Business team to cater all requirements related to marketing
