Functional Consultant/ Sr. Functional Consultant (Contract Management)

Experience / Job Responsibility:
1.Strong experience and knowledge in contract management/execution
2.Good business acumen and negotiation skills
3.Domain knowledge of IT products, software, hardware and services procured in a Telecom industry will be preferred.
4.Knowledge of software licensing terms
5.Experience of working as a IT service provider against Managed Services or Strategic Outsourcing contracts
6.Ability to prepare cost budgets (TCO)
7.Experience of working on pre sales opportunities in a Telecom industry
8.Good at number crunching and commercials
9.Overall understanding of the commonly used legal terms in software licensing, support and services agreements

Other requirements
1.Graduate from any stream with 4-5 years of relevant experience
2.Willing to relocate to Pune/ Mumbai / Delhi or onsite MEA or APAC for short / long term duration.
3.Highly articulate and meticulous
4.Ability to communicate at all levels
