Position 1 : Domain-Service Delivery:
ï ¶ Able to use Best Practices such as technology specifications, standards such as TMF NGOSS, MTOSI, SID, OSS/J in Fulfillment-Service Delivery solutions.
ï ¶ Understanding of multiple Service Delivery COTS to be able to compare, contrast their capabilities for solution fitment.
ï ¶ Understanding of the specifications for Service Delivery aspects of any one service in the Wireline, Wireless, IP or Enterprise LOB (Line of Business).
ï ¶ Understanding of how integrated OSS solutions are built, deployed and used for end-to-end Service Delivery.
Position 2: Domain-Inventory:
ï ¶ Able to use Best Practices such as technology specifications, standards such as TMF NGOSS, MTOSI, SID, OSS/J in Fulfillment-Inventory solutions.
ï ¶ Understanding of multiple Inventory COTS to be able to compare, contrast their capabilities for solution fitment.
ï ¶ Understanding of the specifications for Inventory aspects of any one service in the Wireline, Wireless, IP or Enterprise LOB (Line of Business).
ï ¶ Understanding of how integrated OSS solutions are built, deployed and used for end-to-end Inventory.
Position 3 : OSS Solution Designer:
ï ¶ Experience in E2E solution design comprising of combination of legacy and COTS.
ï ¶ Able to use standard design practices and standards in building E2E solutions.
ï ¶ Able to work with component design teams and business analysts to understand business requirements and walkthrough the solution.
ï ¶ Able to work with Production Support teams to guide them in solution aspects and provide quick fix solutions to production issues.
