Experience- 6-15 yrs
Should be technically sound in area of- IP (IP, router, switches, lan, wan, isdn, vpn, qos, Datacom)
Assisting the sales team in defining the first level technical solution / pitch and mapping customer requirements to technical solutions.
Maintaining an understanding of the product set and its future development by interfacing with
Interfacing with customers to assist them with defining business and technical requirements.v Assisting them with preparation of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents.
Influencing customer’s decisions about technology and products and playing a consultative role.
with defined customers to engage strategically on development of the Open Service Framework.
Preparing and delivering technical presentations.
