Job Description.
Manage the IPVoice Design team to ensure that they are in good conditions to deliver on the team objectives and their individual objectives
Drive and develop the solution design process in co-ordination with all departments involved
Manage the solution design activities mainly around Unified Communication and Collaboration (UC&C) and also on Data & Managed Services domain

Work with Solution Architect (SA) community to analyse customer requirements and evaluate whether a tailored solution can be proposed to fulfil partly or fully those requirements
Drive the customer specific solution designs covering CompanyĆ¢€™s value propositions and service catalogue
At least 8 years of total work experience in information technology/telecom domain (2 to 4 years of which must have been managerial experience in relevant area of expertise)
Must have in-depth knowledge of Unified Communication & Collaboration portfolio, VoIP, Avaya/Cisco Unified Communications & Contact Centre solutions.
Carrier Grade SIP/H.323 Trunking solution based on Sonus IMS platform
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN Technologies
Good understanding of Convergence and Avaya/Cisco Converged / Mobility Technology.
Experience on Carrier Based routing for VoIP Solutions
Has good understanding of interoperation between different technology areas
Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of industry standard technologies.
Academic Qualification
B.Tech/B.E/Diploma/MCA or Post Graduate
Basic Understanding of Carrier grade Voice services based on TDM solutions
Good Understanding of Avaya Aura Platform
