Specialist- WRAN RF D&O
Location - Bangalore

Exp:- 7 to 13 yrs

Degree : B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA

RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for planning and design for the improving the performance of the Radio network.

Desired Profile

1. B.Tech/BE or equivalent (Electronics and Communications or equivalent)
2. experience on CDMA/WCDMA/UMTS/GSM RF optimisation of the network.
3. Analyse statistical (KPI reports) as well as drive test data to improve system performance indicator of the network (dropped calls, blocked calls, origination failures, hand-off features etc).
4. Good knowledge in RF optimisation techniques, systems and tools.
5. Good knowledge of Antenna systems and TMA etc.
6. Good knowledge in LTE parameters
7. You must be a team player with quality orientation, integrity, openness and learning agility.
8. Good communication, presentation skills.
