Job responsibilities for Manager (Voice Services)
Reporting to : General Manager (Voice Services)
Experience: 8 to 12 years
* IT Project Management for Call Center Application
* Voice service solution of call centers
* Complete Transition of all voice processes from technology point of experience.
* Candidate should know how to manage, design and implement the call center/voice IT with optimum technology usage.
Skills Required:
* Client Handling and Vendor Management
* Managing Voice infrastructure
* Implementation of voice structure from ground zero.
* Should have good knowledge on networking of different protocols like TCP/IP. OSI Model and CISCO technologies.
