Key Accountabilities/ Job Description
Design Voice & Contact Center and Implement complete connectivity solutions (Avaya PBX/ACD/CMS/Voice Mail /TDM/SIP/CTI/VOIP/Nice & Verint Recordings/Aspect dialer)
Prepare High Level and in depth Voice Network Design Documents and Project Plan for the Migrations of business.
Prepare Avaya/Aspect/Verint/Nice BOM as per the design & Project w r t networks equipments
Coordinate with multiple internal teams & with Customer for all Voice solutions and its implementation
Handover of the projects to Operations Team with transition Methodology.
Generate Necessary Project Documentations as required.
Required Skills:
Good Communication skills to interact with Global Clients
Good Knowledge in Voice Protocols(TDM/VOIP)
Expertise in implementing QOS in converged networks for Voice, Video & Critical applications.
Should have Fair exposure in managing Costs and Projects
TDM/VOIP etc based connectivity solution design knowledge
Cisco Routers and WAN design knowledge
