Experience :- 4 + Years
Cisco IPT/ Cisco VOIP
 Design, implement & test the customer’s IPT network.

 Provide escalated operational support tasks for Customer’s IPT network.

 At various stages it is required to provide consultancy services in order to facilitate the customers with any challenges with existing projects or upcoming implementations
 Principal Technical design authority for Cisco Unified Communications managed solution.

 Member of Design team for IPT roll out on Cisco HUCS platform

 Sound technical knowledge of Cisco IPT & industry standard protocols (H.323, SIP etc)

 Create the design (HLD, LLD) documents along with implementation & test plan.

 Review the design & implementation plan with Lead TDA or BT Project Manager.

 Liaising with the customer technical representatives within the UK

 Review the Design, Implementation & test plan documents with customer/BT Lead TDA and get the sign off

 Ordering of the voice circuits

 Liaising with accounts team; impacting new changes.

 Liaising with BT Applicable who supports the telehousing components in the 3 global data centres including Internet access.

 Implement the changes/network as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer.

 Update the changes in network diagrams

 Maintain the document repository on the share point.

 Reporting into the checkpoint meeting



Qualifications:
 May have a degree qualification (engineering/science)

 Minimum Cisco CCNA & CCVP cert. ideally Cisco CCNP Voice (CCVP) Cert.

Skills/Experience:
 Should have competent knowledge & experience on various Cisco Unified Communications product suite

 Should have hands on experience on implementation of new products, migrating from Legacy to IP Telephony and inter product integration
