Urgent requirement for Networking Sr.Consultant. For CMM LEVEL 5 ,NMSDC Certifiedwith more than ISO27001 Certification by British Standards Institute (BSI) in May, 2006 for Information Security Management Systems. Sutherland is the first BPO in the technical support space to be certified. The scope of this certification covers the provision of customer relationship management through contact center services; using voice and e-support media; in the domains of technical support, customer care, account management and BPO operations. The certification covers operations in India, US, Canada, Mexico and the Philippines.
