Job Description:
Certifications Required: CCVP(Mandatory),CCNA,CCDP,CCNP,ITIL

Experience: in a Voice Trading Environment, Client Enhanced business solutions - Click to dial, Voice Drop, Voice Blast, Sip Core, SIP Routing.
Thorough understanding of: PCM based signaling systems, Q931, Qsig, DASS, DPNSS, CAS, traditional PBX &Dealer board Platform, Voice Recording Platforms understanding of Hoot distribution and Conferring systems, understanding of Automated Call Distribution (ACD) platforms, Private Wires (PWs,) Auto-Ring Downs (ARD), Manual Ring Downs (MRDs)
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of routing and switching, network security and IP services desirable
* Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS and site-to-site IPSEC tunnels
* Knowledge in UNIX/LINUX
* Knowledge in DNS, DHCP, WINS, active directory, group policy a plus.
* Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification.
