Responsibilities:
Provide Call Routing support for Globally Responsible for ensuring that the design and build meet the defined business requirements. Also responsible for the production of the associated design documentation. Develops call routing specifications, and the development of call routing design using Cisco ICM, ATT RouteIT, Avaya vectoring as well as other Voice network tools. Involved in unit, integration and user acceptance testing. Assists in resolution of defects as required. Works with Quality Assurance Managers to ensure successful completion of test phase.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor"s or Master"s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience).
Prior experience in multiple IT disciplines of atleast 5 years including 2 years with a particular focus on Call Center Call Deliver and Routing
Hands-on knowledge and understanding of architecture, requirements analysis, applications systems design and integration, with a detailed understanding of applicable programming methodologies.
Typically has extensive experience using a systems analysis and design methodology, with good understanding of industry trends and tools.
Has the ability to work with business partners and articulate technical trends/concepts and design /implementation considerations
Candidate must have thorough telephony / Call center infrastructure operations knowledge. Understanding of Detailed Cisco ICM Product, AVAYA PBX/ACD platform management including call routing will be an added advantage.
Must have the knowledge of Microsoft SQL
Independently troubleshooting applications and product configuration
