Certifications like CCVP, CCIE (Voice), CCIE/CCDE or ACE(Avaya Certified Expert) NCA (Nortel Certified Architect) ? design concepts of Routing, Switching and IP Telephony and IP Contact centers. ? Experienced on Migration to VoIP from traditional PBX systems. ? Ability to configure and discuss Cisco Call Manager, Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers, Cisco Unity, Presence, Meeting place, Telepresence ? Ability to discuss concepts of the SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP and related protocols. ? Industry Certifications like CCNP, CCDP, CCVP, CCIE (R&S) or CCIE (Voice). ? Experience of Bootcamps on Contact Centers by various vendors ? Experience in deploying IP Contact centers with Cisco IPCC, CVP, ISN, Scripting in ICM, ? Experience in deploying Outbound Dialers ( Cisco, Aspect etc), Recording solutions (Verint, Nice, Witness etc) ? Ability to discuss concepts of IP Addressing, Routing, Switching and Unified Communication. ? Experience in Network Convergence projects involving integration of Voice, Video and Unified Messaging Services with the Core Data Network. ? Ability to configure and discuss MPLS, QoS, Cisco Call Manager, Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers, Unified Messaging ? Contact Center Troubleshooting at all components and pin point the pain areas in multiple vendor scenario
