Position- Software Verification Manager

Position Description
Wesley Clover continues to experience aggressive growth creating the need to expand our management team in the R&D organization. As a Software Verification Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Technology, this is an opportunity to join our organization and make a significant impact as we continue to grow and evolve our Telecom team. Working with a growing team of high performing designers, you will promote and build on our business objectives with your proven team and technical management experience.

You will lead team of QA engineers working on the leading edge of OAA/BSS Telecom technologies

You have strong experience working in a growing organization with excellent technical and change management skills. You will contribute to our success by:
• Managing, coordinating and successfully delivering multiple releases and projects using structured development processes
• Supporting a high performance team through effective performance management, coaching, training and development plans.
• Leveraging your business view to partner with key stakeholders – product management, sales, operations, customers & designers – through all phases of the verification cycle
• Building a high performance verification team to meet business needs while fostering Bridgewater’s core competencies, preserving our corporate values and respecting resource considerations
• Influencing and creating best in class verification methodologies and process improvements.

To effectively perform in this role, your technical experience should closely align with our environment. You recent software verification experience should include deep understanding of:
• Functional, soak, and robustness testing experience
• Verification process and process management with emphasis on KPI tracking
• Delivery and support of multiple patch releases
• Commercial tools used in test planning and execution
• Software testing of large scale carrier-grade, high-performance systems using Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• System level knowledge and usage of :
o BSS, OSS, NMS and Telecom systems
o Authentication, security and policy management systems
