JD :
• At least 3 years experience in (similar) Technical Pre-Sales function.
• In depth technical knowledge and experience of IP-based networks; including voice, data and/or security CPE and Service solutions. Industry recognised technical Certifications Highly desirable (eg Cisco CCNP/DP, MCSE, CCSA, NNCDS (Voice and/or Data))
• Pre -Sales experience / commercial awareness
• Works on own initiative, focused on continuous improvement.
• Broad understanding of the Fluke Networks product portfolio and competitive market.
• Must be a good team player as this position is the pivot in the sales team. Work with colleagues in different departments (eg sales and marketing).
Primary Functions & Major responsabilites
• Provide Technical bid support and proposal management to Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and our sales partners in the India region.
• Proactively work with end customers to technically position and demonstrate Fluke Networks products to effectively demonstrate our ability to meet customer needs with our solutions.
• Pro actively work with Customers, Resellers, TSMs and other in house staff to scope out technical sales solutions. Attend customer meetings and presentations with RSMs and Resellers
• Manage technical content of formal bids and proposals
• Develop and Manage pre-sales technical relationships will all key product managers within Fluke Networks and key external partner vendors such as Cisco and others
• Develop and Manage pre-sales relationships with all peer groups within Fluke Networks
• Assist in the identification and recommendation on enhancements and developments to Fluke Networks solutions portfolio
• Provide in house, reseller and end user training and presentations on aspects of the Fluke Networks solutions portfolio
• Maintain strong interaction with the full technical and product management team internally and with external resellersam
Qualification : BE / B.Tech /M.Tech / MCA
