Job Description

§ Hands-on experience in troubleshooting & administration of L3/L4 routers and switches.
§ Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
§ Good exposure / knowledge on BGP.
§ Troubleshooting skills on Frame Relay / ATM, ISDN, Leased Line
§ Exposure on Tunneling Protocols (IPSEC / GRE)
§ Understanding of any ticket driven process.
§ Performance Management & Optimization
§ Strong in basic security concepts
§ Good exposure on firewalls – Checkpoint or Pix
§ Working Knowledge of proxy servers will be added advantage
§ Working Knowledge on Load balancers will be added advantage
§ Certifications – CCSA or SNPA or CCNP And CCNA
§ Decent communication skills mandatory
§ Willing to work in 24/7 environment

Basic Qualification:

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
§ 10+2+Diploma (Mandatory)
