Skills/Experience:
This is not an entry level position and REQUIRES a minimum of 4 years work/industry experience
* Excellent background in embedded software development, computer architecture, operating systems.
* Strong C Programming
* Experience in WLAN
* Developing NDIS Miniport Driver Development on Windows / Windows CE / Windows Mobile
* Good to have 802.11 NDIS Driver Working knowledge

Skills/Experience
* 1-10 years of experience in Networking, Automation and WLAN technology.
* Knowledge on TCL/PERL and good hands experience on automation and creating test scripts for new test beds
* Must be capable of analyzing new feature and creating test plans and adding new test case
* Knowledge on WLAN protocol and system testing of wireless features.
* Good Knowledge on Test/Scripting methodologies and processes.
* Very Good communication skills and should be able to interact well with different teams.
* Good leader ship quality to lead multiple projects

Responsibilities
* Validation of WLAN products that involves,
-- Functional and performance testing.
-- Validating 802.11a/b/g/n protocol specifications
-- Wi-Fi certification testing
-- Co-existence testing
* Preparing test plans and test beds for new features
* Develop automation framework and test bed scripts for the new features/test tools.
* Developing/Working with test Automation
* Leading multiple projects for Test and Automation

DSP Reqs:

Strong background in communication theory and digital signal processing (DSP)
-Strong assembly and embedded C programming skill on DSP platform
-Strong understanding on real-time embedded system
-Experience in working on RTOS
-Ability to work well in a team environment working on multiple projects with challenging deadlines

Bluetooth Dev Reqs:

Candidate should have at least 3 years of strong experience working on embedded systems on Windows OS with experience designing and developing complex software modules.
Must have Good understanding of the Windows internals including the driver development and OS concepts.
Must have Good Understanding of the NDIS Framework.
Familiarity with WLAN technology is mandatory.
The candidate must be proficient in C, and possess good analytic and problem solving skills.
Good understanding of real time operating systems concepts, data structures and software development lifecycle
Team work, communication and interpersonal skills.
3 to 6 years of industry experience in real time embedded telecom systems
- The candidate must be proficient in C, and possess good analytic and problem solving skills.
- Good understanding of real time operating systems concepts, data structures and software development lifecycle
- Knowledge and experience in 802.11 wireless protocols
- MAC protocols implementation is a plus (preferably wireless MAC)
- Linux Device driver development is a big plus.
- Team work, communication and interpersonal skills.
