Role Summary
Control S G & A(sales,General & Administrative) expenses
Duties and Responsibilities
* Process expense request against budget of SG&A items for approval
* Review SG&A Cost for optimization
* Float RFQ/RFP for SG&A items
* Float RFQ/RFP for Lease and serviced offices, evaluation, optimization with respect to manpower, norms, etc
* Identify, assess & analyze, mitigate & transfer of risk for assets and liabilities in collaboration with risk manager. Optimize Insurance Cover and Costs
* Process expense request for Welfare of staffs through benefit insurance with HR manager
* Prepare, get approved, monitor, control, analyze variance of budget and report financials to management.
* Optimize duties and taxes
* Manage contract and cost of sites facilities build out
* Review of logistics cost for optimization
* Review of facilities cost for optimization
* Review of major existing contracts for cost optimization
* SAP Control for S G & A costs . Ensure proper controls for PR / PO release as per guidelines.
* Preperation and Montitoring of S G & A AOP
Key Performance Indicators
* Ensure timely Preparation and finalization of S G & A AOP as per guidelines.
* Ensure Quarterly release of S G & A Budgets in consultation with Corporate team.
* Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders for S G & A as per the defined process.
* Monitor costs Vs AOP and flag unusual variances. Liase with Accounts and Budget holders to understand the reasons for variances.
* Optimise Costs through identification of key areas and coordinate with Budget Holders.
* Timely and accurate MIS reporting
* Timely and accurate analysis of expenses
* Ensure timely Insurance Renewal and Facility Renewals in Coordination with concerned .
