Switch, power plant & VAS nodes
100% uptime of the System

Daily, Weekly & Monthly Routines.

Trouble shoot within the specified time frames.

Augmentations
A-interface, Inter-MSC & POI
To relive congestion

By frequently monitoring the Utilization.

Ensure optimum use of resource.





Network Roll out
Switch Elements
To add additional capacity & Relive congestion

Integrate new network elements into the network.

Configuration Management
Routing Modification & Roaming Definition
Revenue enhancement & Customer delight

Routing modification done as per the requirement suggested.

Roaming definition to have new Roaming partner.

Customer support
Solve Sms, Voice complaints
Customer delight
Solve sms, Incoming, Outgoing calls, Roaming related customer complaints.

Preventive Maintenance
Switch, power plant & VAS nodes
100% uptime of the System

Daily, Weekly & Monthly Routines.

Trouble shoot within the specified time frames.




Job Specification:



Knowledge:

1. Relevant experience in Nokia Switch



2. Technical Skills: SMSC, DMX operating system process families, GSM protocols, Digital Comm, Media gateway, MSC server, Analytical skills



3. Should have handled a team of min 3 – 4 people.
