Job-Business manager OSS domain
• 10-12 years Telecoms/IT experience, with a substantial amount of experience in the area of OSS/NMS Pre Sales and Business Development.
6 Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to ensure continuous growth of the business in OSS area as per agreed targets. It also means building good contacts in Regions and with Customers and showcase the capabilities of delivery team.
The responsibilities are described as
• Generate new business for CA OSS India from Ericsson Regional contacts and Customers in the region
• Responsible for business growth targets agreed with EGI leadership team
• To have good contacts with Engagement Practices (EP) in Regions and update the capabilities of delivery team
• Ensure proper handover of the leads or new business to delivery team and get regular updates on progress and work towards customer commitments
• Collect all new business identified by delivery team as add-on business opportunities and follow on those to build new business
• Forecast of business and delivery resource requirements on regular interval to line organizations for ramp up on new competence and resources
• Extensive Pre Sales & Delivery experience in management of Telecom Networks
• Moderate hands-on experience with Telco’s OSS tools covering some of the following areas:
