JD- Sales Support Lead Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Support Pre-Sales Manager in the following activities – • Quoting and fulfilment of resale solutions for clients • Gathering vendor resale program knowledge • Understanding of maintenance quoting and ordering processes for key vendors • Sales support experience – supporting sales teams in the field • Problem Solving & Escalation Management • Supporting Service Enablement • Answering Customer Queries • Ensuring Data Quality • Third party interactions • Good communications skills. • Ability to proactively assess situations and follow through on commitments. • Professional presence. • Appropriate business acumen. • Team building skills. •Ability to multi-task and prioritize •Customer Service attitude and mindset. Key Responsibilities: Work for Pre-Sales Manager and support onshore colleagues in coordinating the following activities – Work with vendors to create quotes and own the process to obtain the best available pricing and other resell terms. Provide support to all geographies, but may be focused on one or more clients in collaboration with onshore teams. Support Configure-Quote-Purchase-Invoice lifecycle Bill of Materials to Quote – Work with the Technical Architect and Solution Engineers to finalize solution configuration required to develop the BoM. This includes working with the resale services business in support of our client engagements
