Position 1 : Circle Planning Lead

- Validation of prediction and coverage template of Planning tool
- Radio congestion relief plan generation and progress tracking every fortnight
- Congestion relief feature and new techniques implementation and roll out
- Ensuring TSSR are correct and optimum
- Optimizing AOP allocated sites to the most crucial areas of NEWTWORK need with correlation to Customer complaints/Drivetest data /Highway coverage demand
- Business/CTO interaction in terms of solutions proposed/seeked for advantages over the competition
- 100% authenticity of SITE GEO database
- Competition site database/traffic/growth projections’ info database ensuring

Position 2 : Circle Optimization Lead

 Analysing the periodic BECHMARKING drive test reports and suggest optimization measures for the next QUARTER.
 Monitoring overall network health & KPIs.
 Strategizing solutions from network performance & customer complaints perspective.
 Network Audits.
 Development of KPI improvement weekly targets
 Analysis/Validation of various performance reports.
 Working on critical network issues with NHQ, TAC & Vendor.
 New Service Testing during launch.
 Root cause analysis of all performance affecting critical/recurring faults and recommend actions.


Position 3 : Circle Performance Lead :

Overall responsibility for the RF / RAN operations on the circle level and co-ordination with NNOC for day-to-day to operational issues and co-ordination with national planning and engineering team
