JD for IT head
• Overall responsible for timely IT Service Delivery & IT Service support to Business in the region
• Act as an escalation point for the Client in the region
• To co-ordinate with Central Operations for issues raised by the client or Circle IT Heads in the region.
• To drive standardization of IT tools and processes internally
• To work constantly in automating new processes & to ensure automation of existing processes.
• Participate in the Budgeting process
• Active participation in the cost optimization in the region
• Proactive planning of Capacities based on business projections
• Ensure meeting all circle specific SLA’s
• Support in delivering the new project as part of BAU / transformation
• Driving IBM core values to IBMers as well as customer
• Responsible for guiding, mentoring and career enhancement of IBM employees in the region
• Responsible for all IBM & client process compliance

JD for TBO lead
he guy will be leading TBO activties 2. Knowledgeable on Telecom domain 3. Co-ordination with central team and business.
4. Should take the ownership & responsibility of the task assigned.
5. Should have through knowledge on Prepaid/Postpaid Domain with good exposure on billing/IN/Mediation etc 6. Co-ordination of work between internal and external, third party team members.
7. Responisble for Service Delivery (Billing, Prepaid, MIS) 8. Adherence to SLA targets (Contractual & Internal) 9. Proactive planning of Capacities based on business projections.
