Job Title: Networks Pre-Sales Solution Architect

 Job profile
 The large part of the role involves supporting NBS with the Bid process, by providing solutions, ensuring that proposed solutions are in line with and functional group strategies, capabilities, offerings and processes. There is also an activity around populating the cost model for baseline costs and the technical solution.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
·      Design & Solution understanding forNetwork domain  using products from various vendors (Network Architecture around technologies such as LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, MPLS, IDS, IPS etc)

·      Demonstrates Leadership and takes complete solution ownership for his domain for the RFP response
·      Provide a populated cost model for LOS/functional group (including hardware, software, technical and operational support).
·      Provide the technical solution for their LOS/functional area as part of a bid or proposal. This will be discharged in concert with the other Lines of Service and functional groups (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement etc.)
·      Provide support to the LOS/functional group personnel working on bids and/or proposals.
·      Assist in the development of functional group processes, activities and products that support bid activity.
·      Apply commercial interpretation to the technical solution to create a proposal that is sales-oriented.
·      Assist with the transformation requirements to the point of demonstrating ability to change the current state of operation to a more appropriate and standard environment.
·      Understand the LOS/Functional Area and know how to apply standards.
·      Coach/Mentor the "temporary" Domain Experts called in from the LOS/Functional Area.
·      Perform internal presentations (primarily to the Domain Manager/Solution Manager) relating to their technical solution contributions.
·      Act as a Technical Consultant during the contract negotiation.
·      Provide input into the Statement of Work.
·      Understand the relationship between Cost and SLA/SOW/Due Diligence, and communicate this to NBS.
·      Have a decent level of & Industry standards knowledge to help understand the current environment/RFI.
·      Well versed with Microsoft offi

Qualifications
Â
BE / B.Tech / MCA from reputed institute.
Should be flexible to work in 24x7.
Good Presentation/Communication and Writing skills.
Should be able to understand the client's business and technical requirements and translate them to the technology solution.
Should have clear perspective and approach for meeting business objectives with the use of technology solutions.
Experience 8 - 10+ Yrs, Last 2-3 years in a Pre Sales role with commercials exposure
