Manager Network Performance Reporting

Urgent Requirement for " manager- Network Reporting" in a leading Telecom MNC company.

Location: Noida
The JD is As under:
•Qualifications: BE (E/TC)
•Industry experience:
•Experience in reporting is mandatory
•Knowledge of RDBMS & SQL
•Sound knowledge of BSS, IN, VAS concepts
•Years of experience: 8 year
•Strong basics of GSM/ wire line / wireless networks
•Leadership : Should be a strong leader & able to entice team towards common goal

•Managing the end to end delivery of Network Performance Reports maintaining the quality with in SLA.
•Handle new report requirements from Internal Department and further handshaking with all internal teams to make the delivery live
•Responsible for ensuring all customer queries are answered timely.
•Responsible for competence development of the team
•Ensure timely & precise reports delivery
•Innovate better ways of efficient reporting
•Ensure compliance to processes & delivery with in SLA / WLA
•Driving better ways of working & setting processes for smooth & efficient work flow
•Have foresight for manpower requirement & keep a balanced staff so that the delivery is maintained
