Job Description:
Required Experience:
• Preferably with exposure to Project Management & Delivery management.
• BE/M-Tech, MBA preferred from a reputed institute and 7+ years of telecom experience.
Skills/ technologies required:
Knowledge of Telecoms market, emerging technologies, business potential.
Understanding of common COTS products & Telecom Business Processes.
Strong domain knowledge (in any of the 6 pillars)
Offering solution to customer right from concept stage.
Product / Portfolio management experience will be an added advantage.
Exposure of implementation, ADM, transformation & migration projects with complete understanding of the delivery aspects.
Have knowledge of available COTS products and leading technologies in System Integration space.
Have knowledge of Quality and Configuration Standards
Have exposure to Effort Estimates, hardware sizing , design, Configuration, development, testing, review, implementation & Post implementation support.
Excellent knowledge and hands on MS office. Ability to author large documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good ability to manage expectations and interworking of BD, SD, SDU and customer to identify, strategize and document solutions.
Innovative / out of the box thinking capabilities.
Role & Responsibilities:
To understand and respond to various RFI, RFQ and RFP. Managing Complex Bids; Participating in Bid Proposal Response
Support Account/BDM /Sales/marketing team with presentation / solution / strategic and operational initiatives for a particular bid(s) or Account
Leading Proactive / Reactive Bids
Understanding customer requirement and ensure right solution with support from SDU’s / SD
Work with various Revenue Streams (6 pillars) and Solution Architect, Pricing, Delivery, and Alliances teams to co-ordinate for the overall presales project success.
Overall Bid Management
Preparing case studies and business cases as per requirements
Chairing of calls & face –to face interaction with internal stake holders and end customers for Technical presentation, POC and other demos
Manage the customer requirements and ability to have a big picture view of the whole solution and efficiently communicate the same to the customer
Responsible for High level presales (external) communication with customers and partners
Lead the team of Presales Consultant to provide technical market support , pricing etc
